S&A is seeking Strategic Planner to provide support for the Ready Relevant Learning (RRL) program and USFFC N1 role as Executive Agent for RRL program, executive secretary for the RRL Integration Board (IB) and Executive Steering Committee (ESC), and lead agency for training requirements development and assessments.
Performs overall administration and management of Strategic Planning work-related activities. Interacts with the Government Program Manager and Contracting Officer Representative (COR). Supports strategic and long-range program planning activities.
Job Requirements:Minimum Education: Shall, at a minimum, have Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Policy, Public Administration, or Strategy.
Minimum Experience:
In addition to the education requirements, the Strategic Planner must have a minimum of seven (7) years of experience performing same or similar tasks. Concurrently, the Strategic Planner will have a minimum two (2) years of experience with Navy Echelon I or II, processes, planning, and training systems.
Education Equivalency: Minimum of Bachelor’s degree and ten (10) years of experience in business management, public policy, or strategic development. Not concurrent with the required minimum of seven (7) years of experience performing same or similar tasks or two (2) years of experience with Navy.
